they'r the cheapest one in ebay on the uk...

on the archives i had specs for all new style bikes mono shocks, they should work but i am not saying they do i just had emails saying dimenions and they matched up kinda good.
02 xr200r set up for XC
96 trx300ex set up for XC

im roadbike less!!!!!!

I'd seen it but I wasn't paying to much attention.
I'll have a look at your post.
If it would be a bit a longer and a lot harder it would be cool.

Btw do you guys know it the fork internals from an early R6 would fit the FZR standard forks?

Degree or not i think you will have to change out the whole bottom of the shock to get it mounted i believe if its going on fzr swingarm .. that might not be worth the cost , but if your not a heavy person you can swap or for r6 or gsxr 600 and probably wont be able to tell the differnce ..and all you need is a couple longer skinnier bolts and washers from local hardware store, you might also try looking into the FZ newer model bike FZ6 or FZR1000 maybe have some luck since those are probably more common in that side of the pond

im guessing but i believe the r6 would be bigger since the tubes are also bigger ,

All models are common here but the part aren't.
R6 shocks are to expensive and I like a challenge (that's why I bought the FZR in the first place).
I think I'll go with the zx6r shock and try to addapt it, I'll keep you posted ;)
