Where do the tubes go?

I forgot to remember where the two tubes go from the coolant reservoir. The best guess I have is one goes to the coolant cap and the other is just an over flow for the reservoir??????

two tubes on the res??? I only have one that leads to the coolant cap. it might be ventalation like batteries have

You should have one that installs on the nipple at the bottom. That comes from the radiator.

The other one goes into the top and inserts through a rubber bushing. That is the over flow.
