Hi all
I have an FZR400 with an early FZR600 engine as a track bike.
I have fitted a thundercat radiator, ditched the fan and moved the oil cooler to below the new rad.
Where the oil cooler pipes fit to the oil filter housing there is a slight leak, on undoing the two screws that hold the pipes to the oil filter housing I noticed there doesnt seem to be an oil seal or gasket, is there meant to be something between the housing and the termination of the pipes?

I'm not familiar with that particularpart, but since it's a tube, I would imagine it's supposed to have some sort of fitted packing to keep things sealed

If I remember right, there should be an O ring in the joint.

Bikes I've worked on (400's and 600's) had a crush washer (hi press oil). What's sealing the other end of the oil line?
