Super Adjuster - what is this?

Can anybody tell me what this is and it's significance? This sticker is on my '92 FZR600 recently acquired, left side above the sprocket. Is this an aftermarket sticker someone added or did it come from the factory? I am clueless to it's meaning or how I might use it...total noob still. First time attempting to attach a picture, hope this works.

Yeah, you might have a WP / White Power Rear Shock on your bike.
