not too second guess you, but with a stock swinger? i'm thinking of changing out the rear wheel to a 3.5" gsx katana 600 wheel. guy on WERA said the wheel only requires skimming the sprocket carrier face to align chain. with the fzr400 fr end and a katana rear wheel i could run 110/17 front and 140/17 rear wheels with sticky btrs003's mounted. any thoughts on this?

EDIT the fellow on WERA got back to me and stated he ran michelin slicks in 120 and 150 (in 1990's)with enough clearance running a stock swinger and 600 katana gsx rear rim. hmmm...do i take the plunge and locate a katana rim? v

I think delvryboy read it as an "FZR", not "FZ".

Has anyone tried putting an FZR400 swingarm on the FZ models?
