FZX750 Genesis. Help - should I be worried!!!

I'm looking a bit of info on a FZX750.
This has the genesis engine. I noticed today water seeping out of the hole on the right hand side of the engine.
It is the small hole half way up cylinder.
Is this serious???

Without more info (a pic would be nice), I would suggest that's the drain for the spark plug channel. There's one on either side, and prevents the 'canyon' between the cams from filling with water when you ride in the rain, or leaving it sitting out over three or four winters.
