Y-G's GH:- DIY Flow bench for tuning

Hi,
well for those of you who tune engines or would like to tune engines I came across this

The Forum members are some quite knowledgable people so read those comment when you can.
IF ANY ONE HERE CAN ACCESS PART 1 OF THIS SERIES LET ME HAVE A COPY PLEASE I cannot get it to work
Also this with plans & bits available for a DIY flow bench
