4/6 swap

Ok, Well my swap is a few months away as I am deployed. But so far I have to say thank you to everyone that has been a help in either locating parts, or just knowledge gleaned from their posts.

For starting I have a 1990 1wg frame, Y Geo is helping me get a 3tj swinger, Ohlins rear shock, showa BPF forks with 2011 gsxr front rim and brakes, and a complete 2004 yzf600r doner bike with 8K miles on it, and race headers. I plan on using tz250 bodywork which I know will take some patience and mods.

Now other than just listing what I have, I am wondering if there were any parts people have used to make the swap easier, stronger, reccomended tweaks before install, just anything I may have missed in my reading everything I could find on this swap. Tearing into an engine doesn't scare me, my last bike was a ducati 748 that I blew the engine on and rebuilt it with a big bore kit on my balcony. And also any special tools that might catch me out?
