Cylinder choice

Ok so I've researched engines and/or options for more power but I can't find out if I can put 600 cylinders and pistons on my 400 to make a 443. This set up would be similar to yzf cylinders/pistons on the 600 bottom end for the 660.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

The 600 piston wrist pins are larger than the 400... so the 600 pistons will not work with the 400 connecting rods...

If you are just looking for more power, the easiest option is to swap a FZR600 or YZF600 engine into your bike.

A YZF600 top-end is possible with machine work. I don't think that you can machine the FZR600 cylinders to the proper deck height. "Easier" is also more cost effective in this case.
