Also what guage of sheet metal did you use for that? Stainless or aluminum?

Its 2mm aluminum, reinforced from the back so it don't warp. The grill is removable in-case of stone damage or if I want to chance colors.
The lettering was made with a hand drill and then filed. I screwed up the two part clear coating. The weather was too humid, so will
have to remove the coating, re-polish and re-coat.
