digital ignitor TID14-70 3EN-00

Ive got problem with my fzr,the digital ignitor was reached his life and now its totally damaged,and i cant find the same one to
replace on my bike..my bike is fzr 400 genesis exup,1WG..can i use and digital ignitor to run my bike again?what kind of
digital ignitor do i have to find?or do i have to find like my old one?

you are likely going to have to find the same one. i have a couple of 400 ignitions, not sure if they are what you need, probably not, but i'll dig them out and check, just in case.

Ignitech has been mentioned before, and they even have instructions specifically for the 400... Looks like you'd lose the EXUP servo, though.

You could also have a look here or try pinging Don for a TCI repair attempt :)

I have a TID14-53R / 1WG-70 available. Left side has 4 flat male prongs / right side has 6 flat male prongs.

Not sure if that's the same model or not.

i need TID14-70 3EN-00 / 1WG-70 which has 8 flat male prongs in the right side and 6 flat male prongs on the left side..
this is the exact model i dismantled on my bike..do i have find the same one as i removed or can i do use another model
of igniter box as long as it is for fzr model?

Hi, Whenzy.

There's a good chance you'll be able to use Rage's ignitor. If you could do a few checks ...

1. Do you have a separate controller for the EXUP? (Is there a flying connector coming off the ignitor box?)
2. What are the wires and pin-positions on the 8- and 6-pin connectors?
