FZR400 - stock sprockets, RPM's at 120 kph?

Hello all,
I've had my FZR400 for quite a while now, and the chain/sprockets are starting to get tired and in need of replacement.
I know that this bike doesn't have stock sprockets - it has a 47 tooth rear (don't know the front, been too lazy to take the cover off
), and stock is 19t front/55t rear from what I have read.
The one thing that I have never really liked about this bike is that it rev's really high at highway speeds during my commute. We are talking 9200 rpm at 120 kmh (75 mph). Does this sound close to what a bike with stock sprockets would turn at that speed, or has my bike been geared down?
I'm planning on doing a chain/sprocket set this summer and will be going with stock sprockets, and I'm wondering what sort of rpm's I can expect to see at my usual cruising speed. To be honest, I'd like to see no more than 8000 rpm at 120 kmh, and would be willing to gear the bike UP (heresy to some of you, I know!) in order to get there. This bike is not a track tool or a canyon carver; thanks to the weirdness of insurance in my area it is just a cheap to run commuter.
