Lowering FZR 400

Post by Max Reheat »

Hi all, new to the site.

We were given a FZR 400 a few months ago that was destined for the scrap heap. All it needed was a new battery, regulator, rear shocks and a good service. The bike was for my wife who is only 5'1" tall and it was the perfect size for her. Trouble is since we had the rear shocks replaced she can no longer get her feet on the ground. As an inexperienced rider this is making her really uncomfortable and nervous. I've lowered the front forks about 11mm but its not quite enough, is there any way of lowering the bike further?

Thanks

Gotcha covered...

go look at:

I sell just the dogbones alone. They will allow you to tailor the ride height to her....and then maybe pick it up a bit as she gains experience.

PM me for pricing
