R6 Blue Spot Caliper upgrade for 3en1

I have stripped the front calipers and lines off the bike (1988 FZR 400 3en1)
The calipers need to be overhauled with new seals but they are expensive at about £40 at £5 per piston.
The r6 blue spot caliper upgrade at this stage might be worth doing.
I know this have been covered in other threads but I'm struggling to find a definitive answer to the following:
The upper fork cartridges on my bike are the 38mm diameter type. The distance between centres on the caliper mounting points on the fork lowers are 100mm and I have found a set of r6 calipers with the same.
This means they should fit the mounting points. Can someone confirm it is just that simple?
I'm concerned that I will have to start messing around with disk offsets etc Are the calipers *LITERALLY* a direct bolt on replacement?
Here is a picture of my right fork and disk in the hope that this helps someone answer my question asap please.

According to a post I read on another racers list the answer is yes bolt on but this is 3rd hand so ymmv.
Iknow for afact that on the 3HE 600 it i def straight up as i did this with stainless lines as swap out for the aged rubber lines.) Now I know 600 stantions can work on a 400 so logic says yes mind you that may be with 600 triple trees as well.

I have posted this in the fzrarchives too. Apologies for the duplicate.
Yes the blue spot calliper are a straight bolt on to the 38mm forks.
The only problem I had was with the brake hoses. The fzr ones have to bend a bit to come in at the right angle because of the angle of the
coupling, as seen in the picture. The hoses that come with the blue spot calliper are too long. I intend to have some braided hoses made up
in the future.

As long as the forks on your 400 had 4 pot calipers then the Blue/Silver/Gold spots will bolt right on.

You can buy what ever ends you need on the stainless steel braided lines to do what ever you need see:-

Hopefully it's suitable
I will be replacing the rubber lines with the braided lines which I already have and I'm confident will be suitable.
Buzzawak - I know you came to this thread to help me out(!) but looking at your pic above the main bend in your lower hoses is clearly caused by the metal clip (which holds the hose to the fork leg) a couple of inches up the fork leg from the caliper. You could maybe bend a longer piece of metal into a similar shape which would hold the hose further away from the fork leg and relieve some of the pressure on the banjo bolt? Nerd

*Update*
I have now fitted the calipers to my bike.
Just to clarify, in case it helps anybody looking for a definitive answer, the blue spot calipers from the '99 - '01 (5eb) R6 definately fit a 3en1 fzr 400 with no mods needed.
