i have an fzrr400 3EN2 1989 jap import. the part im after is the exhaust manifold that comes off the head and joins the the backbox/silencer. its an exup model and has the butterfly valve located in the manifold (do i need this part when looking for a manifold? or can i do without?)

I think what your referring to most people around here call headers(part no. 1). The 3en1 also uses the same as the 3en2. Yes you should try and get one with the exup valve. What country are you in?

im in the uk. ive found a place that sells racing headers without the exup valve. i found them in a performance bike magazine where the headers were tested and they got perfect remarks
