Rev Counter

My bike FZR 400 with a 600 engine can any one tell me if they have a cable just dont want to pull the fairing off and/or remove the display to find out temp gauge does not work manual shows how to fix/part

strange model number is 1WG-050 forget the rest paper work says 1990 model number says 1998 heres the link bike has oil cooler fitted as well have spare cards and rad I am non tec so go to bike shop for work

Hi,
the 1WG is def FZR400 there is a URL someplace on the site OR do a google that shows what years that particular model was produced . there are other 400's as in 3en & 3TJ and they had variants within the model just to make life easy NOT !

That's like mine 1wg. They don't have any cable for the tachometer (rev counter). They have wires connected with CDI. The CDI unit gives to your rev counter the indication of engine revs.
