Horsepower at the crank and rear wheel . Wieght wet

I know our bikes have 60 horsepower in them is that at the crank or the rear wheel does anyone have the number.

I believe our bikes are 380 pounds dry anyone got a number for wet. I know my Yamaha r6 is 415 pounds. I can't believe they are the same weight

My FZR 400A (1990s 3BF) has got 64 PS / 47 kW at the Crank, runs due to the 150/60 Reartire around 207 km/h maximum (with a lighter Driver than me, with my 108 kg at 190 cm height its around 195-200 km/h at maximum with enough free Autobahn to get to the max. :D ) and weights 189 kg including Fuel, Oil and Coolant (around 164-166 kg dryweight without fluids as far as i know)...the FZR 600 3HE has a weight around 203 kg including Fuel etc. due to its Steelframe and Swingarm instead of Aluminiumframe and Swingarm which the FZR 400 even has ;)

They have a similar weight to a modern 1000cc supersport. 60 Hp is ok but a dyno will only be a guide, they can vary. A race engine can get mid 70's but as you go higher it costs a lot more and the engines can get more fragile, it's a diminishing returns thing.

HP should be crank as with most bike figures. Your modern 1000's may only get 150-160 rear wheel, lots of loss and variations due to manufacturing tolerances and elevation etc. 10-15% loss is usual...Call it around 50 maybe a bit more once you factor in wear due to age. Dyno will be only way to tell and even there will see variation between runs.
