Throttle Setup?

I was wondering how the throttle cables are supposed to be attached to the actual throttle handle (grip/starter area). Because when I go to twist my throttle, the cables move in opposite directions also while twisting I get a clicking feeling/noice. When I opened up the throttle housing the cables were both slightly bend and curved but I wasn't sure if they were in the correct way. When I searched the manual to fix this I couldn't find anything..
Wondering if anyone knows how it should be setup?

I found out how it all goes together but I have a new question, is the throttle supposed to spring back to idle position? Because my throttle seems to have to be pushed back into place.

The throttle MUST snap closed, freely and immediately when the grip is released. Anything else is a hazard to life and limb - yours, and anyone in front of you!

I just learned that I needed to lube up the throttle, which now it snaps back easily.
