FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

hi all, my fzr400 drops power if i open the throttle up too quickly. initially i thought it was a carb problem but i have cleaned and balanced the carbs and they are fine. i have also changed the plugs and checked the coil packs, they are fine. any ideas??

It sounds like a mixture problem. Check the choke is coming off cleanly. Have a look at the colour of the plugs.
