3en1 and 3en2 should be fine. 3tj will be different, think it's to do with the spacing between ports being different. you can use fzr 600 pipes but they hang lower and need the fairing spacing out. 3tj are probably just as difficult to get hold of! if you want to do some fab. you can adapt r6 ones, or shorten the 600 youll lose the exup on the r6, not sure about 600.

3en series 1 & 2 interchangeable as is 2TK sp(rare)
1WG Genesis fit but no exup valve fitted (recommended retained on the 400 as they lack bottom end torque anyhow)
3 tj series and 4 dx different engine configuration (angle of mount at least is different.more canted) not recommended.
Some have had success with 600 pipes but require fabrication mods.
Presume downpipes shot ????
Not finacially viable to repair unless you are an expert welding technician.
Recommend used 3EN series =less than £100 a bargain in todays market,
Bill.

I think a new set of stainless pipes are only £199-hardly worth trying to make a set to save £49 .(No valve fitted.)
If you have never had valve operational you would not miss it !!
In what position is the valve now ??
Earlier models had no exup valve , it just aids torque at lower rpm.
It will probably be siezed in mid or closed position by now,the exhaust gasses have not the flow to keep it in the fully open position !!

They will not fit but are shown as an example of what £150 gets you !!!
This latest question will have been answered on here about 20 times i would imagine =try a search.
