hi evilchickeno I have put on new cables valve is working servo swing backs and foward properly but still same problem no low to mid range power can some one please help me I am at witsend

Have you set the exup up ?
Look at the pulley - there are 2 prongs in it that face forwards. put a small bolt or steel pin between them and into the hole on the other side. Near the top of the cables near the servo you'll see locknuts and adjusters, loosen the locknuts. Slacken the adjusters then do them up only finger tight - at the bottom you should be able to squeeze the cables to together 3 or 4 mm. When you've done this take the pin out and cycle the servo (turn the kill switch off / on) the pulley should return with the prongs forward and the hole in the middle, when you've done this put the pin back in and tighten the locknuts up, then repeat the check.
If this is all working well I'd suggest it's not the exup - you need to balance the carbs.
Does the bike start easily or not ?
