They're standard on the SP swingarm, the SP also has captive wheel spacers and quick change wheels. The SP arms have a ridge that the spacers sit on for more easy wheel changing.

I'll probably drill & tap for "bobbins" just aft of where the machined section is welded to the swingarm.
As for the captive spacers and guides, I made my own set for the current swingarm, so I should be able to use them on the "new" swingarm.
