It's quite simple mate. Unattach the airbox and carbs and the washers push "carefully" into the inlet rubbers. The hole in the discs should all be aligned at the bottom of the disc. Put everything back together and thats it. The washers sit under a small lip in the inlet rubbers. I'll Pm you my mobile Give me a call if you need help as in advice.

Remove tank cover, tank, carbs. Insert washers in rubber boots. Replace carbs, tank, cover.
