I've got an FZR 400 thats getting a Fox shock. I need to make a custom clevis. I also need to know the height of the front end. I have a '99 R1 front end on the bike. So I have no clue where to star with setup.
I know the FZR forks are much longer. But the clipons go on top of the triples on the FZR.
Can someone measure the distance from the ground, straight up to the most forward point of the frame just above the lower tree?
Any other tips on making this thing handle like a dream? She's a track only bike.

Re: FZR 400 Geometry or some measurements please
From the 400W manual - Standard rake is 24deg; trail is 89mm. Ground clearance is 135mm to whatever the lowest point on the bike is, probably the 'chin' of the lower fairing.
That said, if you are making this a track-only bike with fully modified suspension, why waste time adjusting it to stock? Read up on chassis tuning, and start your dial-in process from where you are right now!

I think the fox shock is set up for stock height.
