Shock choice R6 vs Twinclicker

Hey everyone, I'm building up a 1wg 400/600 hybrid with plans to mount an srad 750 swinger and fork.

I have a twin clicker that needs a rebuild, but R6 shocks are cheap enough on ebay.

Which will perform better once rebuilt and re valved for me?


due to the swingarm swap, I'm leaning towards the twinclicker due to it being ride height adjustable. But if the R6 shock is light years ahead design and performance wise, I'd rather run that.

What's the twin clicker, Is it useful in a table dancing club ?????

Is the Srad arm a similar length to the original FZR arm, and will the linkage be similar ...
I guess you'll use the Suzuki rear wheel but doesn't it use a 180 section ??? I'd have though a 160 would be better for a 600

Be aware that the R6 shock spring is like 9.8kg/mm compared to the FZR400 spring which is 13kg/mm.

I'm looking to have whichever shock i run rebuilt and revalved with the correct spring rate, so that shouldnt be an issue.
