i need help. i have and 86 model with twin pot caliper and i have found a set off four pots off an 88 would they bolt straight on to my bike or would i have to change parts like discs and mounting points ?

No, they will not bolt straight on. Most people make an adapter
plate that mounts to the stock mounting points on the forks
then mount the new calipers to that.

To be honest you'd be better off finding the forks, discs, callipers from a later FZR600 3HE - you want the model with 298mm dia discs. The forks are 38mm dia (like yours) so should drop straight into your triple clamps. I'm guessing the front wheels are similar and the spindle size will match.
The callipers should be 4 pot with 100mm spacing for the mounting bolts, this is the same spacing as the R6 blue spot callipers, so you could fit these, probably better to use the master cylinder too.
