Zoom in for the details!
nice but where is the picture of the right hand side (just so I can pick up more ideas for my FZR mod ...............

Take a look at the gear shift switch, where the VR is and the amount of connectors on the dash I also like the shark fin chain tensioner & adjuster bar for ride height settings (RR take a look )

Shit!
1998 FZR600
All Original, except for a custom saddlebag set up. A machine shop buddy of mine seamlessly fitted two GS bags on the rear end for last summers ride.

There is a full right hand side view. Here are more pictures of the rest of the bike:

The "gear shift switch" appears to be a load sensor, similar to the ones omega.com* sells. The function (i would imagine) would be to reduce power for WOT upshift, and to blip the electronic throttles on downshift, and of course datalogging.

* check out their "economical" load sensors: http://www.omega.com/ppt/pptsc.asp?ref=LCMFL&Nav=pref04
