R1 / FZR Front End Questions - what works with what?

I’m swapping a R1 front end on my ’98 FZR600, but figured the R1 Garage would be the best place to get some R1 specifics answered.

I have a set of ’08 R1 forks and a 02-03 R1 lower triple with an FZR stem pressed in.
From what I can tell, those work together. (i’m measuring forks = 54mm, lower triple 55.75mm before bolted tight)

Questions:

Axle:
The axle hole on the forks is 22mm.
Does this change year-to-year, R6 or R1?

Calipers:
Distance between the caliper mounts is 130mm (center of hole)
And I know these are radial calipers, so only 04+ works, right?
Will only 6-pots work, or will 4-pots span that 130mm?
An difference between R6 / R1?

Rotors:
What size rotors?
R6 / R1?

Fender:
What fenders mate with these forks?
R6 / R1?
