1998 yzf600r gas question

I'm leaking well it's pouring gas from what it looks like a t before going to carbs also still have this stupid clicking and I won't turn over need a little direction.... is it leaking because carbs a clogged?

The O rings at the fuel distribution T piece have failed.
The clicking is the fuel pump attempting to fill the float bowls.
It wont stop pumping fuel until the float bowls fill up and 5psi of pressure is attained.
The 5psi can never be obtained if there is a fuel leak.

Okay now I got everything turning just not starting also can I coolant flush the same way I do a car?
