YZF 600 R vs FZR 600 cooling system

I have a 1997 Fzr 600 project bike that I am working on. I have a 1999 YZF 600 R motor that I put into the '97 Fzr frame. The radiator an thermostat I have are from the 1997 motor. My questions are:
Will the 1999 yzf 600 r radiator fit into the frame of the Fzr? If so does anyone have a radiator, thermostat, from a '99 for sale?
Can I take the pipe from the 97 water pump and put it on the '99?
Is there anywhere I can find a manual for the 1999 yzf 600 r motor?
Any help would be appreciated.
