fzr 1000 tail conversion?
Got an 88 fzr1000. Searched and found a lot of 600 doing r6 tail conversions, but cannot find a good article about a fzr1000. Will the r6 tail fit on the fzr1000? I really dont want to cut the frame, so any suggestions?

I have seen guys do an 99 r6 undertail frame swap. The 1k does have a tail sub frame. BTW I have a bent tail frame. I would sale you for $10+shipping.

There was a guy that did a 2000 R1 swap a few years back

Not an easy fit yes you have to chop for anything but the stock tail on the 1000
