lol to be hounest it wasnt the easiest swingarm to go with but my mate gave me it for free so i thaught id try getting that in there rather than having to buy a vfr 800 swingarm which is supposidly a direct swap.

Well the swingarm is from a Honda NT 400 bros (basicly a honda VFR 400 swingarm)

I had to take the pivot point bairings out widen the hole the bairings go in, put the fzr bearings in there then put the sleeve from inside the fzr pivot point in there then mount it in the frame as far left as you can get it so the sprockets line up then make a spacer for the right hand side wich i think was about a inch the wheel is ever so slightly off to the left so i gotta get a wider rear wheel and modifiy the hub to center the wheel but i gota get back to work first ot pay for the wheel, as for the shock, the fzr shock mounts under the swingarm and this shock mounts to the top of it so i had to make up some new top shock mounts wich means i had to remove my battery box so am gunna get a smaller track battery lol so yer its been a bit of a pain in tha ass banghead but its in, it looks good and it works :headbang: lol o but the single sided swingarm sprocket is 3 teeth smaller than the FZR rear sprocket so ive lost acceleration and they only do a +1 sprocket for the swingarm so im getting a custom rear sprocket made up to take it from 44 teeth to 50 teeth FZR is 47 standed i think  it'll all be done soon  bike needs to be fully and completly finished by april 24th for a bike show here and a compertition on a streetfighter forum on the 26th, work to go still it

Rear Car wheel and custom hub
Brembo front and rear master cylinders
HRC break resevouir kit
Cammo the forks
Carbon fibre front mudguar with a lil cammo again
Carbon Fibre Belly pan with a lil cammo again
New ignition as ive lost my keys bonkonhead
Black bars instead of the gold
The custom sprocket and new chain
Paint the yoke and rissers black
Paint the subframe
Licence plate mount
A lil wireing
New headlight (going for a gas mask style headlight but not a actuall gasmask as i dont like the look of them)
Help for Heroes stickers
Single seat Cowl
Polish the swingarm or maybe cover it in carbon fibre, i dont know yet
Run the brake line threw the swingarm
Paint the Calipers
and lots more lol i got my work cut out but im good at findeing parts cheap

Tail was £15

Oh man those forks would have been a perfect color fit for some of the 90's FZR paint schemes.

Interesting, and nice to see another FZR with a SSSA on it. Here in the states, we didn't get the NT400. But we did get the NT650 which uses the same swingarm and rear wheel as that bike (which is what you used). The VFR400 and RVF400 (NC30 & NC35) use an under the swingarm shock linkage similar to the VFR750 and VFR800 (I know because I ahve one sitting in my basement). Using the swingarm you did makes the job easier as you only need to worry about the top shock mount. For my 600, I had to cut both the upper and lower shock mounts and have them rewelded so the shock would attach correctly.

Just so you know, you can use the NC30 or NC35 rear wheels. But you won't want to. The NC30 uses a skinny 18" rear and the NC35 while using a 17" rim only takes a 160 tire (tyre). But the beauty of Honda is that you can use a RC30 or RC45 rear rim as it will bolt straight on assuming you haven't messed with center offset to get the chain to line up. However, you will max out around a 180 tire do to chain rub unless you make adjustments. The guys that run a 220/240 rear tire have to make spacers for the rim and step out the sprocket some how to get it to work. Plus, they use the VFR750/800 axle which is different as it uses a 4 lug bolt instead of the single nut.

Keep us the work, I'd love to see what more you do to it.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

Yer my swingarm is off to the left to lighn the chain up and ive got to make a spacer up to center the wheel, but that spacer will allso be a adapter so i can bolt a car wheel on to it which means i will be able to run a 200 rear tire as the swingarm being set of to the left then putting a spacer on to center it gives me alot more space for wider wheels :D
I had a VFR 400 NC30 for a few months but never rearlised the suspention was underslung lol

I do know the NC30 uses a 18" wheel though as i couldnt get Pirelli diablo supercoarsers to fit on the damn thing lol
