Hey TK.I dident see it here anywhere in the thread, but when you say stretch the header do you mean you spread the tubes out to match up with the ports?

Whoot! I've been keeping my eye out but they all have crazy shipping lately. It's BS. It costs about 15-18 to ship it. I hate ebay sometimes. With a Shipper account it's like 8-9 bucks.

the shipping costs are all up to the seller

if you put in realy high costs it warns you that it seems high and maybe you should change it.

of course, ya know, I have to drive my ass over to the Post Office on lunch, in my cage, and mail it. plus i have to get boxes, bubble wrap etc.,

so 12 bucks in postage and a 20 dollar shipping cost arent all the 'wrong' once you factor in the handling :)

I have to charge at least double what I was charging in the past. The rates are crazy!

To ship a rim/wheel is $35-45.

I shipped a 400 frame for $45.

I used to leave a ton of room around the objects that I would ship, but now I have to be conservative and reduce the overall size to keep the costs down.

Thanks. I actually put one of the stickers on the left "ram air" tube. It looks pretty good there. But i have to comment that the stickers are rather thin and just putting it on already kind of messed it up, but perhaps i just pushed a little too hard... i dunno. The t-shirts are much higher quality. i saw the black design. just take out the yellow "pure sports" thing and it will look great. next time i'll get an extra-large too, i think i'm getting a little chubby in my old age. haha!<quietly posted>

of course my wife likes the way the large t-shirt fits... form fitting

+1 I would just guesstamate the shipping when selling on E-Bay and I would always be withen a couple of dollars.
I was selling some beatle albums to help fund my move and the shipping was about $12-$15 dollars
Than I sold a lot of two records and the shipping almost doubled on me,something like $26 bucks. After e-bay and paypal fees + the shipping cost.I went from $85 bucks to like $48 bucks on the sale banghead

I got my R6 header in today and got it modded and mounted.I dont know if the 400 Fairings are shorter or if was the fact that I had glassed them into a one pice and couldent spread it,but I had to cut the crap out of it to make it fit. When i have the time i'll stretch them out to make it look right.I also needed the mid pipe to connect to my can and I found another full stock R6 system if anyone is intrested in the headers"modded or unmodded" or if anyones intrested in my Muzzy headers with mid pipe"Well 90% of the mid pipe"My cans a bolt on so im gonna have to cut off the flange for it;let me know.the Muzzy's in good shape, they had some surface rust so I cleaned them up and painted them with 1200 degree high temp paint and the mid has a pretty good dent in it.If not im just gonna throw them up onImage

I also chopped my SS2R into a shorty can

Send Nate a PM if you want him to build you one. He's in Europe right now but he should be back in a few days probably.
