I'm sure it will fit in your oven though, but PLEASE be careful with it, i'm sure you will be. but these heads are rare enough and this one was hard to find, it's not something i can just go on ebay and get. Well, i'm just worrying, i know you'll take care of it. you seem to know what you're doing. I'll let you know when i'm about to send it, i have to wait to get some extra cash.

No worries man. I will be very careful with it. You have my word. And those dimensions are pretty much the biggest I can do.

So for anyone wondering 16x10x8 is the max size I can coat. Depending on the part the 8 might turn into 6 or 7 based on how it has to sit or if it can hang.

The colors came in! From left to right....

grey, beige yellow, yellow, hunter green, red, deep orange, brown, silver, navy blue, clear, argent silver, black chrome. (not pictured) - black and white

I will try and slowly get sample coats done so people can see the color on a part. It'll take some time since it wastes powder each time I have to change colors so I don't just want to go through and do a sample of each color.

Out of Gray, Silver, and Argent Silver, which would you say is closest to stock frame/wheel silver?

Probably the silver. I'll coat a part to test but they gray is definitely darker and the argent silver is used as a basecoat for putting down the black chrome. It's a sparkle silver.

I need to try another color besides black anyway so why not silver?

OK guys, really though, this powdercoating thing is pretty cool. I did a bunch of stuff black yesterday (triple, rear peg mounts, brake arm, etc) and this stuff turned out very well. You can scratch it with a fingernail to your heats content and this paint doesn't come off its fantastic. Anyway I hope this shameless plug gets you guys shipping your parts over to TK so he can paint stuff for you!

As Dillon said, we cleaned coated some parts this weekend. We tried out a color or two. The first couple pictures are of the difference between the rearsets I had and the ones that Aaron shipped to me. Subtle but different. I'll have them powdercoated black soon enough. I did the knucle so far. I want to make sure Aaron likes them before I do the big parts. Pictures:

I bought some wrenches. They are the ratcheting kind. They are nice to use.

This was supposed to be deep orange but I'm not super happy with the color. Such is life I guess.

That looks awesome Nate. Can't wait to see how the entire assembly looks when they're finished!

In case anyone is curious, I got those rearsets off of eBay a while back from a guy in Australia. Came with a custom shift knuckle that converts the shift pattern to GP-style shifting.

I have to toot my own horn on these. I think they came out amazing and are probably my best job yet. Good thing too since they are for my first paying customer! Aaron I hope you are digging them as much as I am.

These are done in Black Chrome.

And I apologize about the image size. I don't have a way to resize on my laptop and my main computer is in the shop.

The argent silver base coat laid down.

Did a few more parts on saturday. These rear passenger peg mounts came out stellar and are a Royal Blue. Who wants them?? $25 shipped.

The parts staging area. I did a bunch of parts in Argent Silver so if I decide to do them in black chrome they will already have the base coat down. If I do them in another color it won't really matter. Saves having to blow the gun out and lose powder.
