i got a upper that needs attention...how do i go about patching up a hole and modifyling he light cut out to add 2 small circuar lights?

Get some scrap ABS and Plastex... fiberglass does not do well with ABS.

where would i find this stuff? autozone or somthing, home improvement store?

I just used it on my 91/92 fairing. Had a couple small knicks to fill.

I got more then a few holes to patch up. ebay member lied and said it only had 2 holes...things for 2 cracks around the light opening, 3" is busted clear off the left side around the mirror mount...that wont be easy to fix...and well its just in poor shape.

but ill live with it since i am doing custom lights in it. id like to find somthing closer to home then ording from canada.

i'm in virginia and from when i ordered to when i got here it took 4 days . plastex is pretty much quick curing liquid plastic , you're not going to find anything better for fairing repairs . check out the link in my signature , it'll show you all you need to know .

Plastex or Loctite makes a product for plastic that you can find at lowes or home depot and works great. I fiberglassed mine and turned out great. Just give the glass time to cure before you paint.

I ordered a plastex kit today. see how that works out.
