Exup servomotor

Hi all, dose any one know the part number of the Exup servomotor? trying to find out if it is the same as the Exup 1000. 
The '89 3LN1 FZR250 uses 3HW-85820, which is the same as the 89-90 FZR600 and 88-90 FZR1000. The 3LN3+ uses 3LN-85820, like the '91+ FZR600. The 90+ FZR1000 uses 3GM-85820.
The servo itself, including the cable pulley and connector is interchangeable. The only difference I can think of is the mounting bracket.
