hi i have a fzr 250 3ln3 and wanted to know if fzr 400 forks will fit onto the bike and what parts can be used off the 400 on the 250

The FZR400 forks will fit as long as they are the same 38mm type that the FZR250 are. To be honest though, unless you are replacing a bent or damaged pair then you are better to keep the FZR250 front end. The FZR250 already has a twin disc with 4 pot caliper front end and a 110 tyre will fit with no problem. The springs could do with uprating - but these are 23/24 year old bikes now
