Tension bar nuts tightening torque
Anybody know how tight these should be?

Considering that they're cottered in place, I'm not sure it really matters. Consider also that they form a pivot for some not-particularly lubed, smoothed, or toleranced surface, and you really don't want those bolts clamping the surfaces in question!

...bit of a strange setup there .
I might just lube it up and leave them "finger tight" .
