Seem low to me :headscratch: .....based on 20+ yr old tyre technology

When I start some serious riding Ill be trying out pressures in this range.....which is what I found alot of 250 riders go for.

32-34 front and 36-38 rear

Guess it depends on bike, rider, available suspension variables etc and if you are commuting in traffic or flying around the mountainside on a sunny day :whistle

Look for the pressure rise from cold to hot.

If the tire is under 150mm in section width the pressure should rise 10%, over 150mm-15% rise.

This will correspond to your riding conditions and load.

Can't go wrong this way.

The book values are -as said before- based on 20+ year old tech and Yamaha's(or whichever manu) concerns beyond tire life and grip.
