First FZR ride of the season... well kinda...

Post by NHFZR600 »

So myslef, Tom (Tomgun), Jim (Target30), Dave (Internetaardvark)and 2 of Dave's friends, Chris and Frank got together today for a ride. the reason i say that it was kinda a fizzer ride is that we had 4 forum members there and out of the 6 people total there was 1 Fizzer and it almost doesnt count cuz it is a frankenbike to the max!! lol. so we all met up and grabbed some food and then proceeded to ride for the next 4-5 hours. my new ZX6-R now has 410 miles on it. enjoy the pics everyone.

we stopped in at Tom's second home, work, to take a leak and Chris found something to amuse himself with lol

Took these last two when i got home just now... ahh nothing like breaking in a new set of BT015's. yea there is only about 1/4" of untouched rubber left there!!

Looks like you guys had a nice ride. May I suggest a video next time? heh
Your bike is damn sexy too. Might want to delete the 636 out of your sig though as you're 37 cc short of that.

Well we can't forget a picture of Brian. This is what I was able to take on my cell phone camera. It was a perfect day for riding in New England. Jim was there representing the FrankenFZR, the rest of us traitors still had a ball in the twisties. The reason (Target30) wasn't in this picture was because he was late... (ran out of gas).. :whistle

i got some pics i'll add, but more of the same. yes, i ran out of gas, banghead but luckily right in front of the local pizza shop, and one of the workers inside has a 1/4 gallon of gas in a little gas canin his car, so i was back up and running pretty quick. The roads were sweet! gonna have to head back down there again. most interesting moment of the day, while we were sitting on the bikes in a line, getting ready to go, a yell rings out, i look down the line, and brian is gone! :yutugh2: some excuse about the kickstand, but over he went on his new bike! i cant remember who caught him and the bike, but crisis averted, only a minor small little scuff. he did however redeem himself by shredding the twisties, and his new bike is sweeeeeet! :headbang: All in all, great day, i grilled some burgers when i got home, had a beer, and passed out on the couch.
I did that.
