Turn Signal issues

Post by Ike »

So I have been fighting this for a few days and I could jiggle a few wires and it would fix itself, but now it won't. My turn signals work on the right side of the bike but not the left. Is this the relay causing the problems?

Haunter I know you are around here somewhere. What do you think could it be my VR causing this or am I just being paranoid because I am to cheap to order the R6 VR yet. I hope its just the blinker box.

Have you tried hooking up the blinker that works to that side? Make sure it's not something to do with the blinker first.

Basics:

1. Bulb not burnt out.
2. Check for loose connections.
3. Make sure the blinker fluid is the right type and is full.

Make sure it's not silicone based either. It'll get all gummy in the cold and you'll be :deadhorse: for sure.

Well my problem actually lied in the new flanders turn signals I got. They are 2 phase and are not cooperating with my normal wiring wired the 2 into on and gave in power and works like a champ now. Im a retard I know. On a side note many more of these emoticons and we will have more of them than wiki topics. But dammit :ihi:
