Is there something electrical on the bike that will only turn on AFTER the motor is started?

Im putting a 04-06 R1 headlight harness on my bike.

The main headlights on the R1 dont turn on untill AFTER the motor is fired up.

the wire for that system is ran threw a relay and the CDI box. I have the relay but dont know how I can get it wired up to do that.

This is going on the yzf main harness.

Allready figured out all the wires but 3 on the r1 harness

1. Lean angle cutoff.
2. The headlight relay wire that runs threw Cdi
3. some random L/W wire that might be for tach or speed

First, what bike are you mounting the headlights on?
Secondly, is there a reason that you don't want the headlights to come on until after you turn on the bike? Most bikes, including FZRs and YZFs interrupt the lights while you are starting the bike to minimize extraneous load. It would be a lot simpler to wire the lights into the existing lighting circuit.
