trouble getting bike to start 94 fzr600

i think this thread has been more of a note pad for me
just ordered a new stator, hopefully that will get the bike going so i can sell it
checked the voltage for the battery, good
i have spark and fuel, might replace the fuel filter while im at it
ohms for any combo of white wires at the vr were piss poor then dropped to zero
push started the bike and she fired up then died.
the battery had a fresh 100% charge yesterday and i had to charge it today before trying again because it was drained

Got my new to me stator installed a few minutes ago
Connect the battery, turn the key, nothing whatsoever
Good times
I'm going to try and pull the battery and charge it before work and try
But what the hell, no clicking or anything trying to start it
I really need this bike sold. I got an offer of 1k on it tonight, I really don't want to lose that much money on it but I might have to

fresh charge on the battery..... nothing, won't start
checked ohms at VR, .11 then zero
so much for the ebay ad saying it is 100% in working order
