Yzf tank level light

For those who have YZFs or are a little more familiar with them. Is the low fuel light for an actual light that lights up on the dash, or does it go to a fuel level guage or is it both? My new guages have a built in fuel guage and a fuel light, but depending on how it was originally set up will determine the final wiring setup.

Ya, I was almost certain it was just a light, but after searching I kep seeing it referred to as "fuel level" more and I started doubting myself. I can wire the LED up fine, but I want level too. I wonder if I can retrofit a level sensor from another bike...

I wanna say a R6 (from an EFI model) fuel pump has a float on it but I don't know for sure. I know with slight modding to the YZF hold down it will fit and work in the YZF tank. Only person I know of who is that familiar with an EFI pump is ModKing since he's got one in that fuel cell he built for his 400. Not much help but that might be a place to start.

The low level light works great on my yzf tank and r6 gauges.
