FZRSupport: the FZROnline Archive

I just wanted to see what everyone was using for their front ends and what they did to get them on. There are stickies and posts about people and their swingarm swaps, but what about the front ends...? Our bikes have those too... And just so people know and can find it easily in the future.
Also when you type in 'forks' or 'r6' or 'r1' it blocks your search due to it being too common of keywords. And someone only mentions it every now and then in a write-up every once in a while when someone is on a hellbent quest to make their 20+ year old bike better... So I'll start: The obvious one of course. YZF600r, triples, center rod, bearings, brakes the same. Need the front wheel and clip-ons from a yzf600r as well. Forks are wider diam. so you need to use the yzf's triples.
If you could please include: triples, front wheel, forks, clip ons, center rod and what had to be machined or pressed. THANKS in advance to all who participate.

i used the 02 03 r1 forks with the fzr stem pressed into it for the top spacer i took a 1/4in wide by 1/8 thick peice of aluminum and filed it down to the thickness needed to bend it around the fzr stem and cut it to length for a bushing for the top clamp also used the 04 r1 wheel with 04 r6 rotors and spaced the calipers with a washer under each bolt

I used the inverted forks from a 2000 GSXR 750. Had teh stem pressed out. did measurements and had the stem welded to a different length.
Tapered bearings. Fits good. Lots of room for rake adjustment.
