bigger faster 400 Engine help need

Ok Flat out I want to build a cheater engine. There I said it!
One of the series I run in, everyone is pretty much pushing the envelope on rules. others are flat out cheating.
I want to build a bike for the 400Cc four stroke class / 250 GP 2 stroke class.
We run together and the two strokes are realy hard to cathch at times.
No one dare protest thogh ther is that option. Becasue then there will be couter protests and everyone has soemthing to hide.
So everyone just trys to one up the other.
Which is why I am here.
I have a spare 400 Engine I'm about done taking apart.
What should I do to get it back together with a lot more balls and Cubic centerneters?
Be creative - I was thinking keep the casing, install a 600 trany, put on a yzf head maybe make a stroker out of her. become a frigin 680 or something ha ha.
So no limits its a 100% all out cheater for sure no holds bar.
Goal is to get a bike out ther which I can just barely beat my aponenet every race.... no matter how fast or slow they are going the second place guy will always be close behid me I want eough power to play with my oponents basiclly.

Put a 600 engine in it.

You can do the 560 engine using the 400, A 660 engine using a FZR 600 & YZF 600 engine, A 683 if you do the 660 + a 1mm over bore (but you would need custom piston made for this). These are all suppose to be good power producing engines. I think the 727 engine (a 660 with a 3mm over bore) is not a reliable option. The only one I know of built was done by Vance & Hines in the early 90's but they blew it up really quickly. Here is a list of engine combinations and their displacement:
FZR600 Lower + FZR400 Upper = 539.89cc
FZR600 Lower + FZR400 Upper + 1mm Over Bore = 559.35cc
FZR600 Lower + YZF600 Upper = 661.78cc
FZR600 Lower + YZF600 Upper + 1mm Over Bore = 683.30cc
FZR600 Lower + YZF600 Upper + 2mm Over Bore = 705.16cc
FZR600 Lower + YZF600 Upper + 3mm Over Bore = 727.37cc

I say go with the 560. It's not easy for them to spot and will have plenty of power.

So clue me in one the 560 then I just over bore?
Any write ups on this so I don't waste your time?
I need new pistons anyway. I plan on doing a few internal things but not going too toally nuts.
My budy here can do a port and polish and a 5 angle valve job. Any specs on this?
I already have a new barnett clutch in it with heavy springs.
pro shift kit and undercutting the gears. Not sure if my buddy will knife edge the crank and lighten it balance it for me but if he does I am all over it.
I traded him work for leathers so I want al I can get out of him.

Here is an article done but a race team the compained a 560 during a race season. If you can't link to it, let me know and I'll try to copy past it.
http://www.armyofdarkness.com/homepage/1995-6.htm I just reread some of the article and saw something that I'm not sure about. Somewhere it said something about it making 63hp. I don't know if it is true, but I've seen some race prepped 400's claim about 60hp. More research is needed I think. Plus, I'm not sure where you could get the pistons anymore. Might be a custom order piece.

The 600 is a bored over stroker 400.
Why not put the entire cranktrain, cylinders and head from a 600 in the 400 cases.
YOu will need to relieve the cases to accomodate the 600 crank, and the cylinder block....other than that...?
In my past, it always is a good tactic to throw some kinda doubt in the competition by having something none of them do...
I think this project just begs for R6 throttle bodies and ECU/wiring..

I might as well try to stuff an R-6 engine in the f*ck then screw it why mess around!
There must be a way. Anyone know of this is possible with some engine mounting brackets?
I bet I can do it. Hmmmmmmmmmm... Keep the engine hidden under full fairing at all times... .hmmmm nope maybe just toss a fzr 600 engine in it But about that throuttle bodies and ECUI Idea, that sounds interesting. Can this actually be done?
Ok Seriously though My budget is not large for this project. I can get one off Pistons from a friend at Weisco... maybe rods as well since weisco is part of Carillo rods
So make longer rods over bore and add a bit of gasket for the longer rods and see what happens does this sound standard or do-able at least. Am I on the right path? Also a pro shift kit maybe some accel coils and call her quites on the upgrades. Just run her like that.
