better pics to come, these were with my cell phone in the rain, but i thought i would give you guys a taste. rode around my driveway, still need to do some stuff, bleed the rear brake, set the pickup for the veypor, and put the kickstand switch on(i bypassed it, for now). Of coarse i have a lot of cosmetic stuff to do before i call it done, but it will never be done! waiting on the dry weather to actually hit the road to test out with some speed, a little nervous, but it felt great in the driveway.

if you are sure you want to do it, but i take no responsibility for any damage done due to forgetting to take the bike outta gear! i almost did it in my driveway, luckily i was letting the clutch out slowly, and i caught myself, or the bike would have gone down! anyhow, juat inside the frame on the left side(as you are sitting on it) is a blue plug, there is a blue wire with a black plug, that is not the correct one, the actual plug is blue. anyhow, that is the upper end of the kickstand switch wire, all i did was put a screw into it, and tape it up, effectively jumping the wires. thats it, you can cut the wires, and twist them together, but i wanted to be able to put my swich on, so min is a temporary jump.

I left my kickstand switch bypassed... saw no use for it other than frustrating. Plus, if you remove the kickstand for Track Days, then you'll have to override it anyway.

Just clip the 2 wires, wire them together and you're all set.

You should do the YZF 600 tank swap.

i may someday, but i kinda like the flat tail to flat tank look, i think the yzf tank might look a little out of place, i'll probably photochop it on sometime and see what it looks like.

You have really pieced together some of the finest elements of Yamaha history.

As nice as it is, there are few people, other than us, that will really appreciate what you have done.
