Thank you all. $25.99 for the swing arm and wheel was good but remember the .99 swing arm had shipping that cost me $20 and that is the one I didnt use.
The other R6 swinger came with the shock and brakes and axle's I got for dirt cheap as well. The only other thing I had to order was the rear rotor, front and rear sprockets. The two things that will cost me big time were the chain(which I have already) and new tire when I can get one.
I still have the .99 R6 swinger if anyone wants to do this build. Just keep in mind that IVAN used the 400 frame and I used the 600. For the swingarm mounting they are different. There is no way to measure the bushing, you just have to start grinding.

Now for the exhaust. The R6 can will not fit. So, for now Im going to put my V & H back on but im changing the mid pipe to fit correctly and I also made it a short can and I put a swirl grinding finish on the front of it. Will have pics of the whole bike later today. I have to go umpire 4 games today. Thats 7 hours worth of standing on my feet. banghead

Well, took it for a ride this morning(sunday) rides very nice but I think I need a new dog bone. It sits up a lot higher than I want it to. I have a few things to do before I put the plastics back on like put some royal purple and filter on it, adjust the clutch, adjust the rear spring so the brake light will come on, and weld a small plate of steel to the bottom of the kick stand to raise it up some. Then Ill be ready for ever day riding. :headbang:

hey pimp, it should shine back using some fine sandpaper in the end. That's what I hope for. Do you really think it looks good? Or should I go with a full exhaust? Here are some final pics.

I love it! Handles great. It just sits up a little higher than normal in the rear but as soon as I get everyone paid back Im going to order some lowering links for it. Thanks for te compliments.

looks good!
and after you get your lowering links, invest in a rear fender! that will bring it together nicely.
and some r6 passenger pegs.
good job though!
maybe I can find someone to trade me an R6 rear fairing for my r6 swingarm. I know Im never going to have the time to swap it out.
I would also like to do a 05' honda cbr 600rr intire front conversion (headlights/fairings)
I will do much to my bike once I have another source of transportation.

I love what mrfreeze5 did to his bike, but I want to keep my battery in the same spot.lol
I dont know why he didnt just use aftermarket fzr shocks so that way he wouldnt have to make a new bracket and everything
