Guess who just scored a r6 swing arm, and new undertail. I did such a hack job on my first undertail it will give me a chance to make it nice and clean. And I might add another mod too my bike.

Hey Genesis, i know this is a pretty old thread but since it had been active for about 5 years, How is that FZR R6 build, i'm on the idea of doing the same to my FZR an looking if you ever completed this project, how well it when, any tips?

I still have the bike, I still have not finished it, I had life get bumped in front of it, if you have any questions please ask, I plan on picking the project up again this summer.

well, I took summer off from school, and besides the dozen projects I have around the house I have started working on the bike again, I will try to post up updates.

Wow it has been another year, (so that must make this 7 years since I started this project) :duh: :duh: has to be record for longest running project. :rofl:

I am finally done with my degree and I hope to be finishing the bike this summer, or at least get it ridable, I am also going through with the r6 swing arm conversion. keep watching for updates. :thumbsup:

Y'know the R6 arm is longer than the FZR arm .... you can shorten it of course.

It's also a LOT wider, requiring serious surgery to the frame. Know what you're getting into ...
