Fzr1000 tank mount question

Post by NAKED&LOUD518 »

I purchased a fzr1000 tank mount to make the Yzf tank swap a bolt on front fit.

This is the mount I purchased..

Which looks to be the rear tank mount.

Is this the right bracket to bolt to the mirror stays and tank, cause I just don't see it here.

Or do I need the mount like this..

That is a rear mount, I flattened one out for my rear mount, the front mount well take two bolts that line up with the Fzr holes then you take a longer bolt and line it up longitudinal through the yzf tank mount. You do have shave the front edge of the yzf mount off just a tad.
I will try to find the photos and part numbers later.
